Returns Policy

Video Game, CD, DVD Items:

  • We offer a "30 day, exchange for same title only warranty" on most video game items. Used Cartridge Systems & Accessories carry our full "30 day, exchange for same title only warranty".
  • Pre-Owned items may have chips, nicks, scratches, discoloration or wear of varying degrees consistent with age & use.
  • We do not warranty any batteries, including internal game save batteries.
  • NEW CD / DVD Titles: Unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus shipping costs & 20% restock fee. Defective items must be returned within 14 days & will be exchanged for an identical item only.
  • Used CD / DVD based games have been tested to boot up and are only guaranteed against "DOA-dead on arrival".
  • Used CD / DVD based systems have been tested to boot up and read discs and are only guaranteed against "DOA-dead on arrival".
  • Contact us via email for an RA # (Return Authorization) BEFORE shipping an item back to us in the rare event of a warranty claim / exchange. Please DO NOT attempt to repair any items. If we determine a repair has been attempted, warranty is void.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No collect shipments will be accepted.

You may return most new, unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping charges & 20% restock fee. We will waive the restock fee if you choose the store credit option and the item is in an undamaged condition.

We will also refund the basic standard return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Gift cards are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We currently ship ONLY to U.S., U.S. military via APO, AE, etc., and other U.S. locations such as Puerto Rico. Note that there may be restrictions on some products.

The primary carrier we utilize is the United States Postal Service (USPS). Other carriers and shipping options may be available at checkout. We typically process & ship items within 24 hours, but please allow 48 hours to process.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
